As a Marketing Sales Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Marketing Sales Distribution Representatives and managing the distribution of products or services through various channels. Your duties may include:
1. Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and optimize distribution channels.
2. Recruiting, training, and supervising a team of Marketing Sales Distribution Representatives to ensure they meet sales targets and performance objectives.
3. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key distribution partners, retailers, and other stakeholders to maximize product availability and visibility in the market.
4. Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales strategies.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales and distribution efforts with overall business goals.
