Our E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager promotes products and connects with current and potential customers. This individual is also responsible for managing all aspects of our e-commerce website, all Burch Bottle social media accounts, web-based advertising, and email marketing.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and Optimize PPC Campaigns:
- Developing, implementing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms
- Researching keywords and creating ad copies that are relevant to our audience
- Create reports to illustrate successes, failures and opportunities
- Search Engine Optimization:
- Keyword research and competitor analysis
- Monitor SEO strategy
- Ensure search engine optimization best practices are followed and adjust as necessary to achieve overall SEO goals with a focus on titles & descriptions, URL redirects, on-page schema, and schema markup
- Staying current with industry developments and search algorithm updates
- Optimize Google Business profile
- Maintain & manage all aspects of the company website:
- Willingness to learn the NetSuite ecosystem
- Launching and promoting new products through various channels
- Collaborate with multiple departments to create and execute marketing campaigns
- Content creation including website photos, graphics, and copywriting
- Responsible for maintaining product catalog (pricing, copy, photography, category & navigation, metadata, content optimization, MAP policy).
- Point person for all marketing/e-commerce partners and vendors
- Maintain and manage social media to engage with customers and promote the company.
- Answer/respond to emails, work-related text messages, and chats promptly
Qualification Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in organic search engine optimization
- Ability to work as a team with all departments
- Google Ads certification preferred
Skill Requirements:
- Strong Analytical skills
- Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics (preferably GA4), Google Search Console, SEM Rush and Google Ads
- Basic HTML knowledge required
- Basic understanding of E-commerce security
- Dependable and reliable
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
