This position is responsible for implementing and managing integrated digital advertising campaigns that help achieve the client's campaign goals.
- Core responsibility will be to manage search and paid social campaigns directly in advertising platforms across assigned clients, and also contribute to strategy when possible.
- Executes, optimizes and reports on advertising campaigns that meets specific client goals, including fundraising, engagement, advocacy and lead generation.
- Conduct KPI discovery, keyword research, and competitor analyses for SEM campaigns.
- Implements audience segmentation and media bidding strategies.
- Collaborate on the implementation of technical and creative needs.
- Use current best practices and strategies to create and manage tests across ad platforms.
- Evaluate campaign performance, provide interim reports, and communicate campaign progress to teams.
- Contribute to day-to-day media buying needs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience directly managing paid ad campaigns within paid search and paid social platforms.
- Knowledge of the digital advertising environment, platforms, offerings, and tools, particularly around fundraising and ecommerce experiences; in collaboration with team members, contribute to campaign strategies, and manage execution.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills for crafting ad copy, internal team communications and client communications.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adhere to schedules, execute creative strategy, and manage production.
- Ability to manage against media budgets.
- Ability to work on several tasks at one time, independently.
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or related program.
- Experience with ecommerce and/or nonprofit marketing and/or fundraising strategies.
- Certification, professional license or credential in Google ads and another platforms a plus.
