Key Purpose
The Graphic Designer - Food independently executes the strategic vision of business development and general marketing materials through exceptional graphic design for ISS North America and its food division, Guckenheimer. The successful individual will create and maintain materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions. S/he
will self-manage (with excellence) the BD design process, consistently delivering exceptional product outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus with a critical mindset and sales drive. S/he must be focused on increasing brand recognition, consistency, and accuracy, while collaborating across teams, and clearly communicating
vision and purpose.

Ideal Candidate Experience
Proven work experience as a graphic designer in high-end graphics, marketing, or production environments utilizing
Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite; Commercial Real Estate experience is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, as well as Adobe Creative Suite is required
- Strong knowledge of corporate branding, print and digital media, typography, color theory, and various design
principles
- Exceptional project management, organizational, oral, and written communication skills, and keen attention to detail
- Ability to meet rigorous deadlines while exceeding client expectations
- Experience collaborating with a diverse team and understand communication patterns of working with highly
distributed teams
Key Accountabilities
Produce a wide variety of templated and non-templated creative outputs via Microsoft Office and
Adobe Creative Suite to support business development and general marketing efforts, ensuring alignment
with company’s brand positioning
- Manage creative requirements, expectations, and deadlines for all projects
- Manage all creative designs from concept to delivery
- Evaluate ideas suggested by stakeholders to determine if they align with strategic direction, and meet client
standards and specifications before implementing
- Review design drafts from junior designers, as appropriate, to ensure high quality of work
- Develop and execute marketing education and training on tools and resources, as well as technical assistance, to bid
managers and the business, as appropriate
- Prioritize total workload with Head of Brand and communicate to internal stakeholders priority, progress, deadlines,
and outstanding questions regularly
- Creates and reviews internal and external collateral, proofreads content, ensure appropriate branding and approves
materials for final distribution as appropriate
- Monitor and track assigned projects and follow through on all phases of production

Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time
- Travel requirements: 15-20%
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods, which may require extended hours
ISS offers full time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The annual salary range for this position is $110000 per year - $120000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
