ATTENTION: We are currently searching for a part-time Google Ads Optimization Expert with extensive Google Ads experience to join our team.
Someone who can successfully problem solve Google Ad Accounts to enhance performance for a variety of verticals. This person will be working with and reporting to the project manager assigned to the client and working closely with other departments.

Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate internally to understand their advertising goals, target audience, and budget.
Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
Develop comprehensive Google Ads campaign strategies, including ad copy, bidding strategies, and targeting options.
Campaign Management:
Monitor campaign performance, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-conversion, and make adjustments as necessary.
Optimize campaign settings, such as bid adjustments, ad scheduling, and targeting options, to improve performance and meet campaign objectives.
Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies for conversion optimization.
Regularly analyze campaign data and provide detailed reports to clients or internal stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.
Budget Management and ROI Analysis:
Monitor campaign budgets (experience with monthly spending of $25,000) and adjust bidding strategies to ensure efficient allocation of ad spend.
Analyze return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
Provide insights and recommendations on budget allocation and campaign optimization to maximize ROI and meet client objectives.
Continuous Learning and Team Collaboration:
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates related to Google Ads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as designers, developers, and marketing managers, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
4 years of proven experience in managing Google ad campaigns.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, and other ad tech tools.
Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with performance metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
