SUMMARY
Under the joint supervision of the Director of Practice Transformation and the Director of Mobility Learning Design & Practice, the Project Director is responsible for the coordination and delivery of projects within the Practice Transformation portfolio, including Whole Family Approach, Social & Economic Mobility, and Equity efforts. General responsibilities include project management, development and curation of learning resources, and training facilitation. The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter who possesses an eye for detail and commitment to excellence. NCAP highly values innovation, strategic thinking, and creativity. Passion for the mission of Community Action is a must!The starting salary range for this position is $75,000-$80,000, based on experience. This is a full-time, exempt position and eligible for NCAP’s competitive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement options, and a generous paid leave policy. While this is a remote position, occasional travel is required.
