Ad Placement Partners is a rapidly growing online marketing company looking to hire a highly motivated, resourceful, and hardworking individual as a Sr Digital Media Buyer.
The position would work closely with the Ad Placement Partners Director of Advertising to support the management and execution of advertising campaigns that include researching, planning, placing, and reporting of digital advertising. Desired experience includes a background in political advertising (this is not required, however) or marketing; exceptional attention to detail; the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities, and the ability to adapt and grow with the position.
The most important attribute for this job is an eagerness to learn and develop more expertise in online media buying and operations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years proven experience in digital marketing and a comprehensive understanding of programmatic self-serve buying & ad serving platforms including Google Ads, DV360, Google Campaign Manager; The Trade Desk, Facebook, Twitter, and many other platforms.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure.
- Ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to assist in managing a small pod (2-3 people)
- Understanding and acceptance to work with a diverse group of clients. We work with a wide array of clients including conservative politicians and issues as well as large companies selling diverse products/services.
Preference is given for experience with:
- Strong attention to detail. Your work will be viewed by millions of people.
- Online marketing experience with an electoral campaign, an advocacy organization, non-profit, or corporate company.
- Complex project management.
- Experience with Google Search/PPC and Google Campaign Manager (ad server)
Daily duties include but are not limited to:
- Analyze and report client statistics (advertising performance, site traffic analytics.)
- Highly detailed work in executing placement of advertising plans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and information on platform features and updates, as well as overall industry trends in digital advertising, and communicate new features and changes to the team
- Lead Pod made up of multiple Associate Buyers
- Assist in Daily queue management
- Oversee large client projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Interact with vendors and manage vendor relationships.
- Successfully maintain multiple projects and tasks.
- Develop, launch, and optimize campaign performance
- Assist Account Manager with digital strategy for their marketing campaigns
This position is full-time, on-site. Ad Placement Partners is located in Salt Lake City, UT.
