As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the firm’s overall digital marketing strategy across channels. You’ll join a dynamic marketing team and focus on developing, planning and executing digital marketing initiatives and campaigns (paid and organic) that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate company growth.
We are looking for an innovative, creative thinker with strong business acumen who is strategic, collaborative and a consultative marketer with a proven track record of accomplishments in multichannel marketing and a passion for digital technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, implement and manage the overall digital marketing strategy and roadmap.
- Manage and oversee digital channels (website (WordPress), social media - paid and earned, HubSpot), as well as SEO/SEM, ensuring they are optimized.
- Develop paid strategy, and create, execute, monitor, and report on SEM and other campaigns—including Google Ads, social, display, retargeting, etc.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the marketing team to plan and execute digital plans and digitally led campaigns.
- Digital content strategy
- Establish a defined set of KPIs; Regularly interpret KPI-based data and analytics and provide insights, recommendations, and optimizations.
- Budget oversight – ensure digital budget is current, spend is optimized, make recommendations and changes as needed.
Website
- Oversee the website including developing best practices to ensure consistency, landing pages and other pages are optimized for conversion.
- Identify and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies and techniques (key words, meta descriptions, etc.). Includes regularly running reports and fixing identified issues, manage, and optimize local business directories, monitor our appearances online, competitors and more.
- Regularly QC the website; identify broken links, missing content, related pages, etc. and implement changes. Consistently look for and identify user experience improvements; make recommendations and execute changes.
Social Media
- Work with marketing team members to execute day-to-day organic posts and optimize performance on social media channels.
- Regularly communicate to stakeholders about posts, campaigns and results; make strategic recommendations for changes and improvements.
- Communicate and educate the firm on social media best practices, including periodic training and individual support; Increase employee participation on all social media platforms.
- Experience with social advocacy platforms including implementing, managing and training.
HubSpot
- Work with other members of the marketing team to ensure landing pages and other web pages/properties are optimized for conversion.
- Establish a robust and comprehensive email marketing strategy.
- Oversee contact management; Work with marketing team members to ensure marketing lists are accurate and up to date
- Lead the customization, implementation, and optimization of HubSpot CRM workflows.
- Ensure seamless integration of HubSpot across various marketing functions to streamline processes.
- Work with marketing team members to pull campaign reports and regularly analyze data to optimize conversions
Skills Required:
- 6+ years’ experience in digital marketing, including experience with website, SEO, all social media channels, Google Analytics, and email marketing.
- Experience developing, managing, and implementing digital platforms in a B2B environment; professional service experience is required.
- Hub Spot Certification and advanced knowledge and experience with WordPress are required. Experience with BrightEdge a plus.
- Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google platforms (Analytics/AdWords).
- There is no definitive requirement, but here are some general guidelines for the amount of experience a Digital Marketing Manager should have:
- Extensive experience in areas like search engine optimization, paid search, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. This allows deep knowledge of critical digital channels.
- Experience with website analytics and running A/B testing to optimize campaigns. This shows data-driven optimization capability.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, emerging channels, and integrating digital with traditional marketing. This illustrates ability to adapt to changes in the marketplace.
- Extremely detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A self-starter, with excellent problem-solving skills, who also can easily work with, and communicate with, people of all levels and roles.
- Experience with marketing measurement techniques, KPIs and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
