Position Overview:
If you love process, project management, tech tools (like Google Analytics, Notion and Airtable) AND love marketing, this role is for you! This role spans both marketing and marketing operations --- ensuring seamless customer experience and ensuring our entire team runs seamlessly, while delivering to clients.
THE REAL STORY:
Swivel was founded 4 years ago. We doubled the first 2 years, and now we’re steady growth. This role is meant to fill a technical, analytical, organized, operational need. We have a writer on the team, so no need to be able to write (and he didn’t write this, the Founder is writing this, and she doesn’t love writing!!). We have designers and developers, as well. And we have a Lead Gen focused-role that is focused on paid media at the top of the funnel. This position is more focused on operations and support in general. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Lead Gen Operations
- Technical - ensure accuracy and efficiency with automation
- List Management
- Manage lists and segments, data integrity across fields and field types
- Upload lists to automation platforms
- Buyer Experience / Lead Capture Process
- Own full lead capture process from form to experience to thank you page
- Manage media assets
- Manage automation notifications & auto-responder workflows
- Manage campaign tracking to report on source of leads
- Google Analytics Real-Time Accuracy & Quality Checking
- Own set up and full integration of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- Manage Google Analytics goals, channel settings, filters, segments, etc.
- Data Integrity
- Ensure data integrity according to Swivel standards
- Own Zapier set up and consistent management of day-to-day zaps and integrations
- Manage automation data integrity workflows
- Lead to Opportunity Process
- Manage lead to opportunity process accurately and thoroughly with max efficiency
Paid Media Performance & Management
- Complete set up of paid media across all channels to best practices to maximize performance, with complete quality checking, tracking and testing
- Ensure Paid Media is set up accurately across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram advertising for each client
- Manage creating custom conversions across all channels
- Manage tracking UTM strategy across all channels
- Recommend weekly optimizations to targeting, channels, tactics, and assets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in project management - wildly organized
- Experience with Notion, Airtable, Clickup type of tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and ability to manage marketing expenses effectively.
- Knowledge of HTML5 and experience with Google Analytics or other analytics tools.
- Understanding of advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads.
