Role

O2DCA is currently seeking a Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for collaborating with a talented team to develop and maintain software applications across the entire development stack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, develop scalable solutions, and ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with a team of web developers to produce high-quality software solutions
Building & maintaining client websites, CRMs, applications, & custom software solutions
Designing & developing scalable, reliable, and efficient software applications using PHP and other technologies
Utilizing HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, MySQL, and Apache, among other languages
Ensuring that software solutions meet industry standards and are compatible with different browsers, devices, and operating systems.
Investigating and resolving technical issues and defects in software solutions
Developing within a Linux Environment and on the Command Line
Work closely and collaboratively with a team of skilled developers and project managers to plan, develop, and release work across digital platforms

Serious Candidates Should Possess

Knowledge of today's development standards
Analysis of website structures and existing code for improvements
Participation and contribution in Team Meetings
Comfortability working in an Agile framework and communicating with a team
Ability to develop in an OOP style
Time management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Willingness to continuously learn and maintain consistent up-to-date industry knowledge
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant field experience
At least 3 years of experience in PHP development
Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies
Experience with MySQL and database design
Extensive experience with GIT
Experience with developing WordPress Plugins
Extensive experience in developing APIs using various protocols and frameworks is a must for this position
Familiarity with database design and modeling concepts
Local to the Western Pennsylvania area

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
